Nagaland University Admission information 2013-14

Nagaland University offered Course such as M.A, M.SC, M.COM, MCA, MBA etc this is a Central University & was established by the Government of India in the state of Nagaland in 1994. Campuses are at Kohima, Dimapur, Lumami and Medziphema. There are total around 24000 students with 54 colleges affiliated to it.

Detail of Qualification: Applicants have done graduation with 50% marks and for General stream students of Arts, Commerce and science with 55% in the concerned subjects in which admission is sought.

If applicants had done graduation from Nagaland University will get 10% weight age of bonus marks. 

If applicants had passed 60% marks in graduation from any college affiliated to Nagaland University will get 6% additional weight age and total percentage will become 66% while drawing the merit index of selection.

The distribution of seats in the PG (Post-Graduate) courses in the University shall be as follows:

Open/General category -40%
SC/ST category -50%
Vice-Chancellor Quota -10%
