Haryana TET Exam 2013

Haryana TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) Exam is organized by Board of School Education Haryana for the determination of appropriate applicant for appointing the Elementary and Secondary as well as Senior Secondary levels teachers in the schools of Haryana that are renowned by the Department of School Education, Haryana. The Test is organized in agreement along with the guiding principle as well as instructions/ regulations/ rules/ policies that are laid by National Council for Teacher Education, Haryana.

Educational Norms:

Primary Teachers
Class 1-5
Trained Graduate Teacher class 6-8
TGT Science, TGT Social Studies, TGT Mathematics, TGT English, TGT Hindi, TGT Sanskrit, TGT Punjabi, TGT Urdu, TGT Physical Education, TGT Home Science
For PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)
English,  Hindi,  Geography, Sanskrit,  Home Science,  Sociology, Physical  Education, Psychology, Punjabi,  Urdu,  History,  Political Science
PGT Biology, PGT Physics, PGT Chemistry, PGT Mathematics, PGT Commerce, PGT Economics
SSC with at least 50% of marks from renowned board. B.A. B.Sc. B.Com.  Diploma B.Ed. M.A. M.Com. M.Sc. etc in the concern subject or equivalent.

Syllabus of the Examination:  

Child Development & Pedagogy
Child Development and Pedagogy, educational psychology, diverse learners, interaction
Language II (English)
The elements of language, communication and comprehension abilities.
Language I (Hindi)
Proficiencies related to the medium of instruction.
Specific subject selected by applicant
subject specific, , problem solving abilities, concepts, pedagogical understanding
Mathematics and Science

Examination Pattern:

There will be MCQ of 1 mark each of 4 sections. There will be no negative marking. 

Classes 1-5:
Primary Teacher Examination Pattern

There will 1 paper of 150 MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) of Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Hindi), Language II (English), Mathematics, and Environmental Studies of 30 marks 30 questions each and of 2:30 hrs duration.

Classes 6-8: Elementary Stage (TGT) Examination Pattern:

Child Development and Pedagogy  , Language I (English), Language II (Hindi or Sanskrit or Panjabi or Urdu –any one)       of 30 marks each of 30 questions and for Mathematics and Science Teacher and for Social Study Teacher 60 each of 1& half hours of making total of 150 marks.

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Examination Pattern:

Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Hindi),   Language II (English), 30 marks each and  Subject Specific (60 marks) of 1 and half hrs duration.    
  
How to apply?

Applicant has to Login to website of Board www.hbse.ac.in/www.htet.nic.inand needs to follow the given instructions. Applicants need to fill the details as asked in the application form. The exam fee has to be submitted via e-challanas as given in the instructions. Print out of 2 copies of “Confirmation Page” has to be taken. Applicants have to submit the e-challan copy of Board, as well as other important documents, Confirmation Page after putting signatures, thumb impression and recent photograph “Confirmation Page” at the respective District Coordination Centers of the Board. Admit Card:

Admit Card can be downloaded from the Website of the Board. The applicants need to download the admit card from the website www.hbse.ac.inor www.htet.nic.in.

Examination Fee

The fee is Rs.600/- for GEN and OBC applicants and Rs.300/- for Reserved category.

Delhi TET Exam 2013

The Delhi Government is going to conduct the TET (Teachers Eligibility Test). The TET is conducted on Primary and Upper Primary Level for classes 1 to 5 and for classes 6 to 8 in the state of Delhi. It is organized by Department of School Education, Delhi. Read more at recruitment2013info.blogspot.in for recruitment information in India.  Teachers Eligibility Test is conducted for the B.Ed. qualified applicants as a compulsory examination. To teach in the Government schools it is must to qualify the examination.  The examination decides the teaching ability of the applicant. 

Eligibility:

The applicants eligible for the Delhi TET Classes 1 to 5

The applicants applying for Classes 1 to 5 must have qualified the SSC (Senior Secondary Exam) at least with 45 % of marks or Diploma in elementary Education and B.El.Ed. or B.A. or B.Sc. or B.Ed. for primary teachers. 

The applicants eligible for the Delhi TET Classes 6 to 8

The applicants must be having the B.Sc. or B.A. or D.Ed. or B.Ed. or B.El. Ed. Or B.Sc. Ed. Senior Secondary at least with 45% of marks or at least 50% of marks in the any of the courses that has given above. 

Examination pattern:

The examination has 150 Multiple Choice Question of 1 mark each of 4 sections of 30 questions for the Paper-I and Paper-II consists of 4 sections out of which 3 sections are compulsory and section 4 has choice in between the concern subjects of Math and Science and or Social Studies of 60 marks for the either of these sections. 

Duration of Exam: 1 and half hours.

Child Development and Pedagogy (Child Development (primary level) Concept of Inclusive education and understanding children with special needs Learning and Pedagogy), Language I (Comprehension, Pedagogy of Language Development), Language II (Comprehension, Pedagogy of Language Development), Mathematics (Contents(basic elementary level questions)), Environmental Studies (Contents(basic elementary level questions)) for Paper-I of Classes-I to 5.

Applicants may visit official website before 15 days of the examination and enter their application ID and can download the admit card.
